2. Products & Orders
We reserve the right to limit or decline orders at our sole discretion.
Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event an item is unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Payment must be completed at checkout through the secure methods provided.
Nuèe Beauty is not liable for any bank charges or transaction fees incurred.

4. Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days.
A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies to all orders.

For remote or northern areas — including Hatta, Al Wagan, Al Qou’a, Sweihan, Al Khaznah, and the Western Region — a delivery fee of AED 40 applies.

5. Returns & Refunds
Only items received in damaged or defective condition are eligible for return within 3–4 days of delivery.
Approved refunds are processed within 8–14 business days.
